Communication is the process in which messages get sent and received via verbal and nonverbal cues, including transmission of information or mouth-to-mouth communication. Graphical representations like infographics, charts, maps and writing different signs and signals are also the part of communication. If the sender is watchable to the receiver, he or she can gain not only the contents behind the message but also the non-verbal communication that the sender is given from the nervousness to confidence or vocalization to professionalism. If the receiver listens to the sender, receiver can receive the gesture from the tone of voice of the sender; for example, emotion or emphasis.

There is another important fact that arises and makes the human beings different from their animal cohabiters is the usage of writing as a mode of communication. And this mode of communication has been a part of the human experience for at least 5000 years. In fact, the first essay which was originated in Egypt in the year around 3000 B.C.; though it was not that late, when general world population was declared as literate.

However, emails often can come without revealing the proper intention of the sender. For example, it is not obvious that professional conversations need to include emoticons in a formal communication to unveil the proper meaning and context of the message.
